Over the last 4 years, I have bought and sold several hundred houses subject to', short sales, and buying foreclosures.  You name a strategy and I have done it.  Currently I buy between 10-15 houses per month.

To run my business, I have an office outside of my house and have 3 people that helps my money-making machine run like a well oiled machine.

Over the years, I have mentored several people to success.  I currently have a local mentor program whereby I took a real estate rookie and in his 2nd full month in the business, he made $30,000 in profits and six month in, he has not made less then $18,000 per month.
